APA Style can Kiss My Tookus

Yeah wrighting your first paper where you have to actually site things...and its been years and years since you did this... really sucks.  You know I don't think I had to site anything... in anyone of my upper level music ed courses... weird.

So I bought an APA manual yesterday from 26 dollars... and I know its the same flipping book I sold back to the bookstore at SMS 7 years ago.

( the fact that I was in college 7 years ago and not High School also pisses me off!)

Whats happening to me... I think I may be growing up!

Back to School

So I went back to school this summer... I started classes at Lincoln University with the goal of reaching a masters in Elementary guidance and counceling.  Not that I want to stop being a music teacher anytime soon.  I just wanted to study something different that I was interested in and maybe want to switch to someday.. way down the road.

Wedding plans are going pretty well.  I got a dress.. its gorgeous!  I'm going to look like the "Chirstmas Queen"  I'm really excited about getting married in winter.  I think its a little different... and I'll be praying that we don't get 5 inches of snow that day.

Summer is almost over people... I've got 3 weekends left and then band camp starts..... The kids in town are not very excited.. but I'm pretty pumped up about it... Of course I was always ready to go back to school even when I was the student.  I loved band camp.

No really good stories to tell right at this moment.  I'm sure I'll think of one and be back later.

My Christmas Story

Brad got me an awesome digital camera for Christmas... here is its first debut

Christmas Eve I guess I couldn't keep my eyes open..

However.... Tony did not have this problem

We left Chamois at 5 30 am Christmas morning for KC...Everyone was wide awake

The dogs even got into the Holiday spirit

I think this confused my sister

She figured it out

Auntie Eva got Tony a track jacket.. you can't see it but the back of the jacket says "woof"  Hooray for dogs in Clothes!

Me, My sister Eva and our "men"

Hooray for Christmas!
